He always tries to keep life and work challenging enough to promote and keep a good level of motivation, health, fun and happiness.

The professional
Being a Civil Engineer as a trade, Juan made his way into Project Management and Controls out of a pure coincidence, when a halt was put to the the first construction project he landed on.
Ever since, he has worked in multiple construction and engineering projects delivering his expertise, excellence seeking attitude and will to help.
During his career, he has obtained multiple recognitions for his work and obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

The fun
Juan enjoys the simple joys of discovering the world travelling anywhere around the globe, nurturing his brain with great books, delighting his stomach with tasty and healthy meals and “murdering” muscles (as he says) at the gym.
On the other hand, any plan that involves friends and fun is an obvious and quite instant yes.
